Customer service is a top priority that is why after your purchase we will continue to serve you the best way possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our company offers same day shipping Monday through Friday when placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time Zone. Orders placed Friday after 3:01 PM thru Monday 3:00 PM CST, will be shipped by end-of-business day on Monday.

All billed and ship times are counted in business days only. Our company honors all holidays acknowledged by shipping carriers (ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc), and follows M-F work week.

We will ship to any physical address that we are allowed to ship to in the World, with the exception of certain Countries, Townships, States etc. that have laws prohibiting the completion of your shipment or prohibit the use of this website. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If the customer provides us with the wrong address, the customer is liable for all shipping charges.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or any damage caused by shipping carriers.

We make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim toward ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handling of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

Our website is limited to adults 21+ or older. may need a copy of a valid form of ID to complete your purchase.

Defective items may be returned within 14 days from the date it was purchased according to your tracking information
Return policy covers unused or damaged items only. Items damaged due to improper use of the item (with scratches, damages, traces of tampering) cannot be returned. Please feel free to give us a call to get more detailed information. We will be glad to assist you.

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept used bottles or products.

The product must be returned together with all the items that come along with it and only in original packaging.

For out of state customers: return shipping is not pre-paid, so please note that return shipping cost is your responsibility unless other arrangements are made with a Manager or Owner. Please pack the merchandise in a secure box or envelope, attach to the product a note with your name, contact information, order number and briefly describe what problem you experienced with this it and mail to the following address:

Upon the receipt of your return we will inspect the item(s). Please allow 10 business days to perform testing and inspection. If found defective we will gladly replace it at no cost as long as the merchandise is available.

If the merchandise is not available you will be provided a store credit for the amount equal to the cost of the original item. If during the inspection and testing it was determined that the item is fully functional we reserve the right to return this item back.
